Mosaic’s philosophy is simple: they build bicycles that perform. A bicycle should match the needs of its rider’s body geometry, perform to its rider’s cycling goals and objectives, and should be aesthetically pleasing. They use these three guidelines to create frames that meet your individual needs and desires on a very personal level. They believe a bicycle is more than a piece of equipment; it is an extension of its rider. If you can dream it, we can build it – it’s that simple.

Head Builder Aaron Barcheck started dreaming about frame building while racing juniors in St. Louis, Missouri. He built his first titanium frame at the United Bicycle Institute, then spent seven years honing his craft as head builder and welder at Dean Titanium Bicycles.

The stainless steel headbadge looks great against the paint. Custom geometry was a must for this rider to get the handlebar in the correct location. This RT-1 uses an integrated seatpost, which will add some shock … Continue reading

It can fit up to 32mm width tires, and can accept front and rear luggage racks. Aaron Barcheck at Mosaic does immaculate weld work on his frames. You can get as close as you like to the beads, and still you won’t see anything but smoothness. Notice how the bolts that hold the disc brake caliper to the frame thread into a small … Continue reading
